Hi, friend. I'm so glad you're here.
Welcome to Married a Michelsen—a cozy corner of the internet where faith comes first, everyday moments are celebrated, and grace is always greater than perfection.
I'm Erica, and I'm so grateful you stopped by.
Like many women, I'm learning that life isn't about having it all together. It's about trusting God through every season, finding joy in the ordinary, and embracing the life He's writing for us one day at a time.
Whether I'm studying Scripture with a cup of coffee in hand, trying a new recipe, sharing a favorite outfit, creating family traditions, or simply reflecting on what God is teaching me, my hope is that you'll leave here feeling encouraged and reminded that you're never walking alone.
This blog began as a place to share pieces of my life, but over time God began shaping it into something much deeper.
I realized that so many of us are longing for the same things: a stronger faith, a peaceful home, healthier habits, meaningful relationships, and the confidence to embrace who God created us to be.
Married a Michelsen exists to encourage women to seek Jesus first while finding beauty and purpose in everyday life. My prayer is that this space feels less like a website and more like sitting across the table from a friend.
